Corporate Bookings

To confirm a booking Wine Tasting Ireland, require a non-refundable deposit of €250, or 25% of the total fee should this be greater, or an agreed sum based on the estimated cost of the event at the time of booking.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Should the number of guests attending increase the final balance shall be altered accordingly.

The balance of the fee will be payable either on the day of the event or within 7 working days of the event taking place.

If the client cancels the event more than 10 working days before the date of the event Wine Tasting Ireland will retain the deposit, which can be used against a future booking if re-booked within 3 months.

If the booking is cancelled within 10 working days of the event the deposit will be forfeit.

 

Private Bookings

To confirm a booking Wine Tasting Ireland, require a non-refundable deposit of €150.00.

Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

The balance is payable on the day of the event based on final numbers attending, with a minimum of 10 people.

If the booking is cancelled more than 10 working days before the date of the tasting Wine Tasting Ireland will retain the deposit, which can be used against a future tasting if re-booked within 3 months.

If the booking is cancelled within 10 working days of the tasting the deposit will be forfeit.

 

Responsible Drinking

As a business, it is our policy to encourage responsible drinking. We would refer you to Drinkaware’s website www.drinkaware.ie for further information.

  • All clients must be over 21 years of age.
  • Wine Tasting Ireland are advocates for quality wine and responsible drinking.
  • Spittoons will be available at all events. and all attendees will be encouraged not to drink & drive.
